Mangroves are key allies against climate change: they host great biodiversity, protect coastal communities from events such as high tides and storms, and support the livelihoods of dozens of families.

Through the Vida Manglar Program, we work alongside local communities and institutions to conserve the mangroves of the DRMI of Cispatá, La Balsa, and
Tinajones.

• The monitoring and tracking of focal flora and fauna within the protected area
• The promotion of productive projects that benefit local communities
